Ingredients:
1 cup soaked & boiled black chana
½ onion (finely chopped)
½ tomato (finely chopped)
½ cucumber (finely chopped)
½ carrots (finely chopped)
½ lettuce (finely chopped)
Dressing :
1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
Handful of coriander
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp chopped ginger
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Pizza seasonings 1/2 tsp
Blend the above in a blender for dressing
Method:
1. Soak black chana overnight & pressure cook for 4-5 whistles.
2. Add veggies, spices and the salad dressing
3. Mix well & enjoy this high-protein salad!
