• Kodiak Mix – 50g
• Large Eggs – 50g
• 100% Egg Whites – 80g
• Whey Isolate – 25g (I used gingerbread but can use vanilla)
• Greek Yogurt (Plain, Non-fat) – 80g
• Cottage Cheese – 80g
• Banana – 50g
• Milk Chocolate Chips – 10g
• Salt, cinnamom, baking powder
Reduce calories even further by removing chocolate chips, and if it’s too much protein, reduce the protein powder which will bring the calories down even further.
