Base:

* ½ cup oats flour
* Âź cup thick curd
* Âź tsp salt
* Âź tsp baking soda
* Âź tsp baking powder

Garlic Butter:

* 1 tbsp butter
* 2 garlic cloves (minced)
* Âź tsp oregano
* Âź tsp chilli flakes
* Pinch of salt

Topping:

* 2–3 tbsp grated cheese

1. Mix oats flour, salt, baking soda & baking powder
2. Add curd → make a soft dough
3. Spread into a small flat base (½ cm thick)
4. Bake at 180°C for 8–10 mins
5. Flip → apply garlic butter + cheese
6. Bake again 5–6 mins till melty & golden
