Ingredients:
Medjool Dates (these ones taste better)
Crunchy nut butter (I used almond butter)
Dark or milk chocolate
Coconut oil (optional)
Chunky Sea Salt

** note: Laying Saran Wrap on your plate makes it easier to pop dates off and eat them.

Directions:
1. Unpit your dates, then fill with some of your nut butter.
2. Then prep chocolate coating. I used about 4 chunks of chocolate with a little less than 1 teaspoon of coconut oil (the oil makes it less thick, otherwise just chocolate will make it a thick coating, but choose whatever you prefer)
3. Coat dates in chocolate, then sprinkle some sea salt on top.
4. Pop in freezer for 10 mins, take out, and enjoy your yummy, healthy “Snickers”

SOOOOOO GOOD!! These are so tasty and the kids loved them too!! Just don’t eat too many in a row…. they are still dates! lol
