Today I made an easy and healthy breakfast. It is a 5 minutes breakfast and perfect for hot summer. Look at these colors! This breakfast includes proteins like boiled egg, cheese and cottage cheese. Avocado, strawberries and blueberries is a great addition to this healthy breakfast. I also toasted my wheat bread with some butter.
