Stop buying store bought meatballs and start making your own!! These only use a few ingredients but taste so much better than the store bought!

-1lb ground chicken
-1 cup chopped spinach
-1 egg
-1/4 cup bread crumbs (I used old toasted sourdough)
-1/4 cup Parmesan
-3 tbsp chopped parsley
-1 tsp dried oregano
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp onion powder
-1/2 tsp salt

How to:

Start by preheating your oven to 350F

Start by combining all ingredients in a large bowl and separating into 1” balls.

Cook in a hot cast iron pan for 2 minutes on each side. Finish cooking in the oven on 350F for 20 minutes.

Serve with your favorite tomato sauce and noodles!
