Ingredients:

1.) Flattened rice/ Aval – 2 cups
2.) Grated Coconut – 1 cup
3.) Jaggery – 1 cup
4.) Water – 1/2 cup
( Measure the above Ingredients in the same measuring cup)
5.) Ghee – 2 tsp
6.) Cashews – 10
7.) Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp

Note: after preparing the recipe, leave it for 5 hours or overnight and then eat it. It tastes exactly like Avalose urundai, kerala special snacks recipe.
