Bircher recipe Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

· 1/2 cup rolled oats
· 1/2 cup unsweetened yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
· 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
· 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
· 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
· Pinch of salt
· Toppings (choose your favorites):
– Fresh fruits (berries, sliced banana, diced apple)
– Chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
– Seeds (chia, flax, hemp)

Instructions:

1. In a jar or container, combine oats, yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until oats are well coated.
2. Cover and refrigerate overnight for at least 4 hours or until morning.
3. Top with your desired fruits, nuts, and seeds.
4. Serve chilled and enjoy!
