First are hemp seeds – an excellent source of protein, fiber, and healthy fats. I like to add them into my smoothies as well as sprinkle them onto my salads for an extra nutritional boost.

Next up are organic pasture-raised eggs, which provide a great combination of protein, healthy fats, and choline. My go-to breakfast option is making an omelette with these eggs in the morning, accompanied by some vegetables to kick-start my day.

Third on my list are organic blueberries – an excellent source of antioxidants that support brain function and eye health. I love adding them into my smoothies or using them as a topping for salads.

Fourth are organic green olives, which serve as an excellent source of monounsaturated and saturated fats. I enjoy adding them to my salads or serving them on the side with protein-rich dishes.

Last but certainly not least, I always have organic avocados on hand – an excellent source of healthy fats that can be used in smoothies or added to salads for a creamy twist.
