Spinach Omelette is a healthy breakfast recipe. This is very easy to make. You should start the day with a good breakfast. Spinach is highly rich in iron and eggs give you protein. It’s good for your hair, skin, and bones. If you like you can add cheese in the omelette. I used olive oil but butter can also be used. Don’t beat the eggs too much while mixing. If you leave it for an extra minute you will get a nice crispy edge.

Ingredients:

Spinach – 1 cup
Eggs – 4
Salt – ½ tsp
Red Chilli Flakes – ½ tsp
Garlic Powder – ½ tsp
Milk – 3 tbsp
Olive Oil – 1 tbsp

Method:

Chop the spinach. Whisk eggs with salt, red chilli flakes, garlic powder, milk together. Heat a pan, with oil, add the spinach leaves and let it wilt for a minute. Add the eggs mixture, cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame. Spinach omelette is ready.
