Oats Almond Shortbread 🌿

Ingredients:
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup almonds
2 rock sugar ( about 2 tbsp)
1 tbsp flaxseed
5-6 vanilla extract
1 tsp orange zest
2 tbsp curd
3 tbsp unsalted butter(softened)
Bake in preheated oven 35-45 minutes 175C degrees
Cut into 12-18 wedges
Enjoy with tea/milk
