This gluten-free low carb garlic bread provides you with 25g of protein and 13g fiber. It’s a great vegetarian option for 429kcal per serving.
RECIPE for 1 serving:
2 cups (200g) broccoli
2 tbsps ground flax seeds
1/4 cup water
1/4 cheddar cheese
seasoning of choice
pinch of salt
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
another pinch of salt
1 tbsp (10g) cheddar cheese
1 tbsp (10g) parmesan
Mix ground flax seeds with water and let it sit while you prep your broccoli.
Blend broccoli in a food processor. In a large bowl, mix the flax seeds mixture, broccoli, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, a pinch of salt, and some seasoning of choice. Spread onto a baking tray. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F/ 175°C in the oven. Mix garlic with olive oil and spread onto the base. Sprinkle another tablespoon cheddar cheese and some parmesan. Bake for another 5-10 minutes in the oven or until golden brown.
