Avacado Tofu Pav Sliders
Try this protein-packed puff slider with healthy fats and unbeatable crunch! If you’re allergic to milk or prefer tofu, feel free to skip the paneer. I’ve swapped cheese for creamy avocado, but you can always use cheese if you like. Delicious and customizable to your taste!
Ingredients (serves 4)
Whole wheat pav 4
1/2 avacado
1/2 onion
1/4 cup paneer
1/4 cup tofu
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kashmiri chilli
1 tbsp flaxseed
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Delhi chaat masala
1 tbsp besan
2 tbsp curd
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
6-7 garlic clove ( for garlic butter)
1 tbsp coriander leaves
2 tbsp green chutney
