Healthy and nutritious Dink laddo

Ingredients required-Dry grated coconut-250gm
Poppy seeds-20gm
Cashews-100gm
Edibles Gum (Dink)-250gm
Dry dates powder-250gm
Almonds-100gm
Ghee-250gm
Raisins-100gm
Recipe-Roast poppy seeds on low flame till it starts to pop and then keep aside
Transfer it to a plate
Then fry dry grated coconut on low flame till brown
Heat 1 cup ghee
Fry edible Gum on low flame till puffy
Take some ghee
Fry cashew till light golden
Heat ghee
Roast Almonds till light brown
Heat ghee
Fry raisins till light brown
Heat some more ghee
Fry Dry dates powder for 2 mins
Cashew, Almonds, Grind.
Then add dink and grind coarsely
Add cardamon powder
250 gm jaggery
Mix everything well
Transfer to mixer
Coarse powder
Transfer it into a plate
Add poppy seeds and roasted coconut
Mash it well with help of hands
Take required amount of mixture and by pressing make laddos.
