**Ingredients:**
– 200 gm paneer (cubed)
– 4 tomatoes
– 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
– 1 tsp coriander powder
– A pinch of hing (asafoetida)
– Salt to taste
– 1 tsp kasoori methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
– 1/2 cup curd (yogurt)
– 1/2 cup milk
– 2 tsp ghee (clarified butter)

**Instructions:**

1. **Marinate the Paneer:**
– Mix curd, 1 tsp ghee, turmeric powder, coriander powder, hing, and salt in a bowl.
– Add paneer cubes and coat them well. Let marinate for 30 minutes.

2. **Prepare the Tomato gravy:**
– Blend tomatoes into a smooth puree.
– Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan. Add tomato puree and cook until oil starts to separate.

3. **Cook the gravy :**
– Add salt and adjust spices to taste.
– Stir in milk and a bit of water if needed. Let it simmer.

4. **Add Paneer:**
– Add marinated paneer cubes to the sauce.
– Sprinkle kasoori methi on top.
– Cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
– Serve hot with rice or roti.
