🔹3-4 apples (1 cup purée once blended)
🔹2 cups chocolate chips, plus 1/2 cup extra for topping (optional)

1️⃣Preheat your oven to 175C and line an 8×8 inch tin with baking paper. Melt the chocolate chips in a bowl over a saucepan with two inches of water in on a low heat. Whilst it’s melting, core and slice your apples, add to a blender and blend until smooth.

2️⃣Add the apples to the melted chocolate and mix well until fully combined. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.

3️⃣Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean. Allow the brownies to cool, then melt any extra chocolate in the same way as above then pour on top and refrigerate brownies for 15 minutes or until the chocolate is set. Once set, cut into squares and serve.
