This salty version of the ragi malt / kanji uses buttermilk or yoghurt and salt.
3-4 tsp or ragi malted flour (I used the regular ragi flour) mixed in a little bit of water
1 cup water
Salt to taste
Buttermilk / yoghurt (optional)
