Ingredients
80 gm Boiled White Rice
Spice Mix for each mix – 1/2 tsp oil + 1/2 tsp garlic powder + 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder + Salt as taste
50 gm Mix Bell Peppers
30 gm Onion Petals
50 gm broccoli
40 gm Mushroom
50 gm carrots
50 gm Boiled White Chickpeas
120 gm Extra Firm Tofu

Directions
1. In a bowl, add one spice mix and chickpeas + tofu. Mix everything and Air Fryer at 375 F for 10 min. (Bake at 400 F for 15-18 min)
2. In the same bowl, add another spice mix and add all veggies. Toss well and After half time of chickpeas and tofu, add veggies to get roasted (375 F for 5 min)
3. Take them in a bowl and add boiled white rice. Add oregano and chilli flakes and some lemon drops. Mix everything well and the rice are ready.
