Recipe :
Ingredients:
Low fat paneer: 1/2 cup
Stevia powder: pinch
Cherries: 6-8

Method:
Take low fat paneer (cow milk based) in a flat plate
Add 1/8th tsp stevia powder (or as per taste)
Crumble and mix well to make a smooth dough
Now take cherries and chop them
Crush them in a mixer grinder to make a paste
Add this paste to mashed paneer
Mix well and then shape it into modaks
Once done, keep them in refrigerator for 30-45 mins
Cherry sandesh modaks are ready

NOTE: If you wish to skip artificial sweetener i.e. stevia powder, then you may add natural sweeteners like coconut sugar/ liquid jaggery/ date sugar.
