Ingredients:

– 1 tsp honey
– 2 tsp butter (or coconut oil)
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– 150 g Greek yogurt (you can use cream cheese)

– 2 tsp honey (or to taste)

Instructions:
1. Grind the oats in a coffee grinder and mix with honey, butter, and cinnamon.
2. Press the mixture into silicone molds, flatten with a spoon or glass.
3. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt with vanilla and honey. Spread the filling over the base.
4. Freeze the cheesecakes for at least an hour, then transfer them to the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
