Ingredients :
Pulp of 6 Custard apples
(reserve 1/4th cup pulp aside)
Cashew – 1/2 cup
Almonds soaked & peeled – 1/4th cup
Melon seeds – 1 tbsp
Rock sugar – 1/4th cup
(you can add more to your taste)
Method :
Scoop out the pulp from the custard apple as shown in the video.
Soak cashews, almonds & watermelon seeds in hot milk for 1 hr.
Blend, the soaked nuts, rock sugar, custard apple pulp to a smooth mixture.
Transfer the mixture & fold in some more custard apple pulp .
Seal nicely with cling film & then keep in freezer to avoid any ice crystals to form.
Freeze for 8 hours.
