Heat 1 tbsp oil, add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste,1 tsp schezuan chutney, 1.5 tsp tomato ketchup, 1 tsp red chilly powder, salt, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp chaat masala and cook for a while.
Add 6-7 boiled grated potatoes and mix well until everything is combined.
On a plain paratha , spread the potato mixture, apply some schezuan chutney, green chutney , mayonnaise, add sliced onions, shredded cabbage and some lemon juice.
Roll it up and grill on a pan or griller.
