They’re the perfect sweet snack for fall season which requires no baking!
Ingredients for 17 energy balls:
3/4 cup (100g) dates
2 scoops (35g) vanilla protein powder
pinch of salt
1 cup (100g) raw pecans halves
2 tbsps water
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until the mixture starts to stick together. If the mixture doesn’t stick add 1 – 2 tbsps of water and blend again. Roll into balls and enjoy!
You can store them in the fridge up to 2 weeks or as long as they last :).
