1) Quick summer sandwich
INGREDIENTS cucumber sandwich bread tzatziki tuna cherry tomatoes METHOD 1, Slice the cucumber into very thin slices and place them side by side, in a row. 2. Place the sandwich bread over the cucumber slices. Start filling the sandwich. 3. Add the tzatziki sauce and the tuna, another slice of bread and the cherry tomatoes. 4. Close the sandwich with one last slice of bread and top with more cucumber slices. 5. Cut the sandwich into 4 parts and serve cool.

INGREDIENTS Slice bread Cream cheese (triangle) Ham Cheese slices Grated slices METHOD
Put half of a triangle cream cheese on each slice of bread.
Place a slice of ham on each slice of bread and one cheese slice on top.
Finish with a slice of bread and smear half a triangle cheese on the top slice.
Sprinkle over grated cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes at 200ºC (392ºF).

3) Savory pain perdu
INGREDIENTS Brioche Mince meat Oil Sliced cheese (gouda) 200ml Heavy cream 400ml Milk 4 eggs Garlic salt Butter METHOD
Cook three bread-sized hamburgers.
Place a slice of cheese on each bread and on top of the hamburger.
Place another slice of cheese and another slice of bread on top.
Pour heavy cream into a square dish.
Add 4 eggs and milk.
Add pepper and garlic salt and mix.
Put the sandwich in the egg mixture and turn to cover the whole sandwich.
Put butter in a pan and cook the sandwiches until the cheese melts.
