This is a simple bread recipe does not require any oil, any yeast, or kneading.

1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 cup Almond Flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
5 tbsp melted butter
2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup raw local honey
Sliced Almonds (optional)

Mix all ingredients together & bake at 325°F for 45 minutes. Enjoy with coffee or tea.
