Recipe1:
Layer your plate with Greek yoghurt, soft boiled eggs- season it with salt and pepper
garnish this with Chilli oil and coriander leaves or Parsley .
Serve this with warm bread of your choice.

Recipe 2
Whisk 2 eggs with salt and pepper seasoning
Heat your pan with a drop of oil
Pour in the egg mixture, top with cherry tomatoes, spinach and then press everything down with a flour tortilla or a wrap of your choice
Slowly turn the wrap and let the wrap cook.
Also sprinkle some mozarella cheese and close your wrap
serve it immediately and eat while its nice and warm
