Ingredients
DRY INGREDIENTS
* Ragi Aata 3/4 cup
* Whole wheat flour 3/4 cup
* Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
* Baking powder 2.5 tsp
* Baking Soda 1 tsp
* Roasted walnuts 1/4 cup
* Chocolate chips 1/2 cup
WET INGREDIENTS
* Hot water 3/4 cup
* Jaggery powder 3/4 cup
* Vanilla essence 1 tsp
* Yogurt 1/3 cup
* Oil 1/4 cup
* Vinegar 1 tbsp (to be added at last)
TO MAKE THE CHOCOLATE GANACHE
* Dark Chocolate 1/2 cup
* Milk 1/2 cup
* Walnuts 1/4 cup
Melt chocolate, add hot milk to it, whisk till smooth, then add walnuts !!
Method to make the cake
* Sieve all the dry ingredients except, walnuts and chocolate.
* In a bowl add hot water, add all other wet ingredients, whisk well till jaggery melts .
* Step by step mix wet ingredients ans dry ingredients, lastly add vinegar
* Transfer to a lined baking mould.
* Bake at 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes .
* Let it cool, demould, pour walnut chocolate ganache and serve !!!!
