“Healthy Cucumber Roti Recipe | Low-Calorie & Nutritious. Bundle of benefits of cucumber roti, Diet Recipe, gluten-free, low-carb.
Ingredients:
1 cup rava
1/2 cup curd
1 grated cucumber
In a bowl, combine 1 cup of rava (sooji) and 1/2 cup of curd, alongwith this add 1 grated cucumber and mix well.
Incorporate 1/2 cup of grated coconut, 1 small chopped onion, 1 chopped green chili (adjust to according to spice tolerance), 1/2 inch grated ginger, chopped coriander leaves, and salt.. Mix everything thoroughly to form a dough. Avoid adding water.
Oil the Parchment Paper, Lightly grease the parchment paper with oil or ghee to prevent sticking.
Place the dough on the greased parchment and flatten it with your fingers or a rolling pin to your desired thickness. Make small roti to avoid breaking at the time of frying.
Preheat a tawa or dosa pan on medium heat. Add a few drops of oil and spread it evenly.
Carefully flip the roti onto the tawa, cooking for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the roti from the tawa and serve hot with your favorite dishes.
