🟨 Today I’m going to share with you an amazing recipe for keto bread with nuts and seeds. Not only is this bread low carb, but it’s also incredibly delicious, with a crispy crust and rich nutty flavor. Perfect for those on the keto diet or just wanting to eat right. It’s quick and easy to prepare, and you’ll be surprised by the results.
🟨 INGREDIENTS:
– 7.1oz (200g) cottage cheese,
– 3 eggs,
– 1.8oz (50g) seed mix,
– 2.1oz (60g) walnuts,
– 3.5oz (100g) almond flour,
– 0.7oz (20g) flax meal,
– 2 tbsp psyllium,
– 1 tsp salt,
– 1 tsp baking powder.
Let the dough infuse for 10-15 minutes.
Bake for 50 minutes at 180℃/355℉.
