– 3 garlic cloves, minced
– 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
– 2 tsp miso paste
– 3 tbsp nutritional yeast or vegan parmesan
– 1 1/2 cups dry orzo
– 3 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
– 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
– Zest and juice of 1 lemon
– Salt and pepper to taste
