👉Ingredients:
Besan 100 gms
Paneer 100 gms
Dahi 400 gms
Onion
Tomato
Capsicum
Coriander
Green Chilli
Salt
Red Chilli Powder

👉Method:
In a bowl, mix besan with chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, coriander, and green chilli.
Add grated paneer, a pinch of salt, and red chilli powder. Slowly add water while stirring to make a smooth batter, making sure it doesn’t have any lumps.

Spread ghee on a heated pan and pour your batter into a thin circle. Cook on medium heat until the edges come off easily, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.

Serve hot with dahi or green chutney for a tasty, high-protein meal.
