Chaat salad recipe is a healthy and fresh recipe. It is a highly packed protein salad. A very good recipe for weight loss. Chaat salad is a mixture of sprouted Green Moong, sprouted chana , boiled corn, soaked and Boiled lobia or black eyed beans added with the flavours of onions, tomatoes cucumber carrot, green chillies, fresh corriander, tangy flavour of Pineapple, pomegranate, grapes, oranges. When all these above flavours are mixed together emerged a very healthy and refreshing chaat salad.

Chaat Salad Recipe

1. In a bowl, add sprouted moong

2. sprouted chana

3. Boiled corn

4. Overnight soaked and Boiled lobia or black eyed beans

5. Chopped onions

6. Chopped Tomatoes

7. Chopped green chillies

8. Chopped Corriander

9. Chopped Pineapple

10. Pomegranate

11. Black grapes

12. Lemon juice

13. Salt

14. Pepper powder

15. Chaat Masala powder

and mix well and then garnish with chopped Oranges, grapes, pomegranate, corriander.
Chaat Salad is ready to serve
