Matar Methi Paratha Recipe:
Ingredients – Wheat Flour, Salt, Water, Green peas, Methi leaves, Onion, Garlic, Green chilli, Cumin, Oil
Recipe:
Add wheat flour, salt, water and knead it into dough. Grind garlic, chilli and make it into a paste. Also grind green peas coursely without adding water and keep it aside.
In a pan, add oil, jeera, onion, garlic chilli paste and fry it. Add ground green peas and fry until raw smell is gone. Add little salt, chopped methi leaves, fry it, close the lid and let it cook for 5 mins. Turn off the stove and let it cool
Make the dough into small balls, roll it, fill the cooked sabji and roll it and cook it like paratha with little ghee. Now your matar methi paratha is ready to eat. Serve it with curd and Pudina chutney.
