Ingredients
Foxtail Millet
Curd
Cumin powder
Pink salt
Method:-
Wash and soak foxtail (kangani) for 6 to 8 hours
Take foxtail Millet in pot with 10 to 12 time extra water and Cook. After 1 boil turn the flame 🔥 low and cook another 20minuts.
Cool completely and transfer into a mud pot
Cover it with muslin or cotten cloth. And leave aside for 12 to 15 hours for firmentaion.
Take curd in bowl add some roasted cumin powder pink salt and green Chutney. mix well and add firmmeted foxtail Millet in bowl.
Ready to serve.
For green chutney:-
Take fresh coriander,green chilli, mint leaves , 2/3 leaves of spinach , 1 tomato, pink salt and grind into a fine paste.
