In this video, I show you how to make a low calorie and high protein Maggi Goreng. Maggi Goreng (or Maggi Mee Goreng) is a fried noodle stir-fry type dish using Maggi 2-minute noodles. I first had this dish in Malaysia while I was backpacking through South-East Asia.

The ingredients I used were:

1 packet of 2-minute Maggi Noodles (wholegrain + 99% fat-free)
75 grams of chicken breast
1 egg
100 grams of firm tofu
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
1 tsp tomato sauce
30 grams brown onion
1 tomato
1 handful of spinach
10 grams of butter
