Of all the habit tools, I believe the most important concept to understand is we’re inherently lazy.

We always default to easy.

Examine your own life: How many patterns have you fallen into simply because they are easiest?

Is taco bell that great, is mcdonald’s actually amazing? Or is it just EASY?

Do you watch really stimulating shows that are incredibly satisfying or do you turn on the office again because it’s EASY!?

If you want to cheat behaviour and always move forward, then make it easier to do the positive habits you want to form, and hard to do the bad habits you want to break.
