How do I prepare bread rollers which is a favourite breakfast recipe for my family ,I take boiled chopped potatoes and saut them ,I take 1 tbsp groundnut oil in a pan add some heeng ,red chilly powder ,coriander powder ,garam masala ,chaat masala salt to taste & some tamarind powder ,add spices according to your taste ,add chopped potatoes mix well ,add coriander leaves & green chillies if you prefer ,take bread slices dip it in milk ,now drain milk and place some potato mix on it bind with both hands &deep fry in groundnut oil which is a healthy oil ,serve with green chutney or ketchup ,enjoy .

I clean green veggies the day they come to avoid spoilage .

Today I will also prepare dosa whose batter is ready by grinding soaked urad dal and rice &then kept in a preheated microwave for 1 hr .
