Oatmeal Bread Ingredients:
Oatmeal 2 cups (200 g)
2 eggs (120 g)
Salt 1 tsp (4 g)
Milk 1 cup (200 g)
Olive oil 3 tbsps (20 g)
Oatmeal Bread recipe:
First, put 2 cups of oatmeal in a food processor and blend it well until it becomes flour.
Then, pour it into a bowl. Add salt to it and mix.
Next, break the eggs and add them to the oatmeal, mixing fully.
Now, gradually add the milk to the oatmeal while stirring until everything is well combined and the mixture is smooth.
Then, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the mixture and mix well.
Now, place a skillet on low heat and grease the bottom with a little olive oil.
Using a ladle, pour some of the mixture into the skillet and spread it out. Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then, flip the pancake and let the other side cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Repeat this process with the remaining mixture.
