Aloo manchurian (Non-fried, healthier snack)

1. Peel and grate potatoes, wash it with water nicely and squeeze extra water

2. Transfer in a bowl and add finely chopped green chillies,ginger,garlic,green onions

3. Add salt, black pepper, rice flour and corn flour

4. Mix everything together and make small round bowl out of it

5. Cook it in a paniyaram pan until they turn crispy and golden brown

6. In a Kadhai add some oil, sauté some finely chopped onion,ginger and garlic

7. Now add roughly chopped vegetables like onions, capsicum, bell pepper and green chillies

8. Mix it well and add red chilli sauce, ketchup,soy sauce,vinegar

9. Mix everything together and add potato bowl

10. Mix and garnish with some green onions and sesame seeds

11. And enjoy!🤗
