Quick Healthy Jowar Breakfast weight Loss Recipe| Vegitarian Instant recipe for winter|

Ingredients:
Jowar flour (sorghum flour): 1 cup
Curd (optional): 2 tbsp
Water: as needed (to make a batter)
Grated carrots: ¼ cup
Chopped spinach: ¼ cup
Finely chopped onion: 1 small
Green chili (finely chopped): 1 (optional)
Ginger (grated): 1 tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped): 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds: ½ tsp
Turmeric powder: ¼ tsp
Salt: as per taste
Oil or ghee: for cooking
Instructions:
1. Prepare the batter:
In a mixing bowl, combine jowar flour, curd, turmeric powder, and salt.
Add water gradually to make a smooth batter (slightly thicker than dosa batter).
2. Add veggies and spices:
Mix in the grated carrots, chopped spinach, onion, green chili, ginger, coriander leaves, and cumin seeds. Stir well.
3. Cook the pancakes:
Heat a non-stick pan or tawa and grease it lightly with oil or ghee.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it gently to form a pancake.
Cook on medium heat until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip it and cook the other side until golden brown.
4. Serve:
Serve hot with green chutney, curd, or a spicy tomato dip.
