INGREDIENT LIST:

CHICKEN 65:
1 kg chicken breast diced into cubes
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 string chopped curry leaves. Curry leaves are an important part of South Indian cooking. But If you cant get curry leaves use any herbs of our choice.
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp freshly grated black pepper
1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder. You can replace this with paprika.
1/4 tsp baking soda
6 tbsp rice flour or cornstarch
1/2 cup yogurt
Salt to taste-11/2tsp

Tempering Spices:
2 green chili
2 cloves of garlic
3 strings of curry leaves
2 tbsp Ketchup
black pepper
2 tbsp oil

BLACK CHICKPEA SALAD (Chana Chaat):
1 cup black chickpea (can be replaced with chickpeas)
1 medium boiled potato cut into pieces.
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1 medium tomato chopped.
2 tbsp chopped onion (Preferable red onion or shallots)
2 green chilies chopped(optional)
1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander (You can replace with parsley)
1 tsp roasted cumin
1/2 tsp chaat masala( This is optional) If you can find chaat masala use them, otherwise its is fine. You can also use a little bit of black salt instead.
Half a lemon
2 tbsp tamarind chutney. If you don’t have this you can use a sweet sauce like ketchup
2 tbsp of olive oil
