– 50g Whey Protein Powder
– 5g Coconut Flour
– 40g Erythritol
– 2 Packets of Sweetener
– 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
– 1/2 tsp of Baking Soda
– 1/3 tsp of Salt
Wet:
– 2 Ripe Bananas
– 80g Greek Yogurt
– 2 Eggs
– 1 Tbs of Vanilla Extract
– 1 tsp Cake Batter Extract
– 1 Tbs Vinegar
Mix-In:
– 20g Mini Chocolate Chips (optional)

Bake @ 350°F for 35-40 mins
