Delicious and nutritious sourdough pasta noodles!

40 g sourdough starter or discard
165 g eggs
300 g flour

Mix together until rough dough is formed. Let rest ten minutes, then mix 5-6 minutes by hand or mixer. Seal in bag over night or at least 24 hours for most national benefits.

Bring water to a boil. Roll pasta into sheets, or use a pasta attachment. Slice into noodles. Boil for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!
