Day 5 of 100 Days Reset Challenge :
Starting my day with my morning ritual: copper water, followed by meditation with my mantra “I release what I cannot control and embrace peace with it.” A cup of coffee before my workout set the tone for a productive day.
For breakfast, I made finger millet and carrot pancakes with eggs, paired with refreshing kiwis and hibiscus tea. It was not just delicious but nourishing! I also took my multivitamin and spent some quiet time reading The Mountain Is You.
Lunch was indulgent yet healthy with butter paneer, served alongside brown rice, quinoa, lettuce, and cucumbers. It’s all about balance! For dinner, I whipped up a hearty dish of veggies and kidney beans (recipe shared).
After a peaceful singing bowl session, I ended my day with Kaal Bhairav Puja, bringing a sense of calm and gratitude.
