What is salad?
Salad is a cold dish of various mixture of raw & cooked vegetables, usually has dressing made of oil & other spices as peoples taste.
Sometimes salad is accompanied by cooked meat or fish.
There are different types of salad for example Green salad, Caesar salad, coleslaw, chef salad, Waldorf salad, pasta salad, bound salad etc.

In this video I have shown how to make basic salad step by step at home using simple ingredients/ Vegetables which very easy to prepare.
This ingredients make unto 6 serves salad.

Ingredients need
1) Cabbage. – half cabbage of whole
2) Corriander. – 100gm
3) Carrots. – 3 each
4) Beetroot. – 1 whole
4) Spinach. – 3 handfull

Methods,
-Wash all the vegetables before pealing or chopping. Get a clean chopping & knife. Start cutting cabbage into very this slices, beetroot & carrot cut into matchsticks shape (julienne cut), roughly cut coriander & just give touch of knife to spinach or give spinach few cuts for a handful spinach as I have shown in the video.
