Ragi,Black Chana and moong batter is highly nutritious to kick start your mornings. Black chana being high in fibre keeps you full, on the contrary ragi having a low GI also keeps you full for long as it takes time to breakdown. You also get enough protein from this batter + the micronutrients list is long.

Having Full fat paneer/Whole egg ensures that you get enough healthy fats and proteins as the first meal in your day that keeps you satiated.

Batter Recipe:
Take equal quantities whole Ragi,black and moong. Add a few methi Dana.
Wash it nicely and soak overnight.
Blend it next day into a fine batter like consistency,add salt and allow it to ferment,once fermented store it in an airtight glass container for 5-7 days.

Ps can be consumed without fermentation also.

Uttapum Recipe ingredients:

1 tsp ghee
1 portion of batter
Carrots grated or chopped
Lots of spinach
40g full fat paneer
Podi powder or gunpowder
