Soya Keema Recipe

**Ingredients:**
– Meal maker (soya chunks)
– 2 onions, chopped
– 1 tomato, chopped
– A few curry leaves (karuvepillai)
– 1 tsp fennel seeds (soombu)
– 1 cardamom
– 1 star anise
– ⁠1 tsp ginger garlic paste
– 2 tsp garam masala
– 2 tsp chili powder
– Salt to taste
– Oil for cooking
– Pepper for garnish

**Preparation:**
1. **Boil and Grind:** Boil the meal maker for 2 minutes, strain the water, and grind it coarsely. Keep aside.
2. **Veggie Prep:** Chop onions, tomatoes, and gather fresh curry leaves.
3. **Cooking Process:**
– Heat oil in a pan and add fennel seeds, star anise, and cardamom.
– Add curry leaves, chopped onions, and tomatoes, and sauté until soft.
– Mix in garam masala, chili powder, salt, and a splash of water. Cook until the masala blends well.
– Add the ground soya chunks and sauté until well coated with the masala.
4. **Finish:** Sprinkle pepper on top for a spicy kick, mix well, and serve hot.
