✨Healthy Yogurt Dip /Spread /Sauce /Dressing✨
It’s a perfect replacement of any store bought dressing or sauces
No fancy ingredients and tastes great!!
Ingredients
3tbsp sesame seeds
Olive oil
100 grams hung curd or normal curd
Half lemon
1 tsp cumin powder
1 grated garlic
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp chopped coriander
Recipe:
•lightly toast sesame seeds (do not burn them) and let it cook completely
•in a mixer bowl add sesame seeds and grind into a fine powder. Then add 1 tsp olive oil , some salt and an ice cube and make a smooth paste
•In a bowl add Hung curd , sesame paste , lemon juice, grated garlic , cumin powder, salt and chopped Corriander leaves
•Mix it all up and store this in an airtight container and refrigerate
🔸Tips🔸
•Use Normal curd instead of hung curd if you want a runny sauce (Incase for salad dressing)
•use an ice cube while blending helps into a better consistency
•Can store this upto a week and half
