chocolate chip pecan banana bread recipe:
⁣ (we doubled this in the video)

▪️1 large ripe banana, mashed ⁣
▪️1 egg or 1 flax egg ⁣
▪️1/4 cup peanut butter
▪️1/4 cup maple syrup ⁣
▪️1 cup oat flour
▪️1/2 tsp baking powder ⁣
▪️1/4 cup chocolate chips
▪️1/4 cup diced pecans
⁣steps:
▪️Preheat oven 180c⁣
▪️In a prepared loaf tin, mix together the wet ingredients (first 4 ingredients) and then the remaining ingredients. Mix well.⁣
▪️Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
