I N G R E D I E N T S:
1 cup thick hung curd
100gm low fat paneer
2 boiled potatoes
Some fresh coriander
1/2 cup Veggies of choice – (bell peppers)
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp chaat masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp oregano
2 green chilli
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 tbsp sattu flour
– Pan fry until golden brown.
